Mad Science Summer Day Camp

Mad Science programs are designed to spark imaginative learning! The camps engage students in a series of fun hands-on experiments and demonstrations that include at least on take-home science project. Every camp covers a new science topic each day and includes a s-shirt, water bottle and daily take-home science projects for every campers. Our camps are designed to be inquiry-based, hands-on learning opportunities for children from 8 to 13 year old children. The programs offer children a chance to see just how cool science can be! TO REGISTER:(go to this link) Once you get to the Mad Science Laboratory website, registrants should select Mad Science Laboratory from the list of locations, and choose ESA Mad Science Camp as your option. You can register for the optional Friday morning separately. Mad Science will always take telephone registrations at 503-230-8040.

Parents will be able to register directly with Mad Science for the camp program. Online registration for Mad Science camp will open early March. We must have a minimum enrollment of 6 students to offer this program! ESA campers will leave the Oregon Convention Center registration area at 8:15 am and will return by 4:30 pm to the Oregon Convention Center registration area. ESA staff will escort campers to the camp, which will require a ride on the MAX and a short walk.

Optional Friday Morning camp $29
Lunch & Snacks Mon-Thurs $40

We shall contract with Mad Science to provide child care. This program is guaranteed to spark child interest in science and demonstrate just how fun science can be. The program and link will be posted in early February.
