Ecology is a data-heavy science, and many ecologists — academic, government, private sector — work with large data sets and increasingly sophisticated models as a regular function of their work. That doesn’t mean they don’t need guidance, though! From data repositories to coding to open science and more, ecologists often find themselves at need of the insights of an expert around their particular question.
So that we can best support ecologists throughout their careers, we are once again including data assistance as part of our career support portfolio at the Annual Meeting, and we are reaching out to exhibitors whose work centers on data to help our attendees.
If you — or a colleague! — are able to provide data assistance from your exhibit at the ESA Annual Meeting, please fill out this form. A staff member will be in touch to confirm logistics!
